Managing Director

Brent offers more than 20 years of experience in strategy, acquisitions, general management and business development.  He develops innovative customer-focused growth strategies based on hard analysis combined with insight and real-world experience.  Brent’s clients recognize him for his collaborative approach and practical ideas. His clients range from several million to several billion dollars in sales.   Brent’s work experience includes The Boston Consulting Group, IBM, Lucent Technologies and several startups.  Brent earned an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BA economics and mathematics from St. Olaf College.
Bill has 20 years of experience in finance and new business development.  Through his experiences in both large and small growth companies, Bill has developed a unique understanding of the critical success factors in entering new markets, acquiring new business lines, or restructuring broken ones.  His work experience ranges from United Healthcare to several successful startups including as CFO of Abaton, acquired by McKesson.  Bill has served clients in a variety of industries, including medical devices, business services, healthcare and insurance.  He has assisted his clients with new  business development projects, M&A, capital formation, and business planning.  Bill earned a BA from Colorado College and an MBA from The University of Chicago.”
